School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Tonganoxie, Kansas

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school setting
- Passion for supporting students’ speech, language, and communication development
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a caseload of students ranging from age 3 to 9th grade
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, ages 3 through 5th grade, as well as select support to 9th grade students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate student growth
- Deliver effective interventions in both individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all school policies and timelines
