Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid FL Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered.
- Previous experience in pediatric speech therapy within schools or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
- Skilled in assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for elementary-aged children.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and delivering individualized speech and language therapy services for elementary students.
- Collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents to support each student’s IEP goals.
- Maintaining thorough and timely documentation of services, progress, and recommendations.
- Attending infrequent IEP meetings as needed and participating in multidisciplinary team collaboration.
