Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Fort Bragg, NC
Step into an impactful role supporting students as a contract Speech Language Pathologist for the 26/27 academic year, running from August 13, 2025, to May 27, 2027. This full-time opportunity allows you to make a difference across elementary, middle, and high school settings, with caseloads tailored by assignment model.
You'll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours each week, collaborating with educators and families near Fort Bragg, NC. Licensed SLPs ready to engage in a dynamic school environment will have the chance to foster communication skills and growth in diverse student populations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current, active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain by June/July, with support for out-of-state candidates pursuing licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Demonstrated experience or interest in school-based service delivery
- Proficiency delivering virtual therapy (Voco SLP)
- Commitment to serving a full-time caseload in elementary, middle, and high school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech/language therapy services for students with varied needs
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress in line with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and help ensure compliance with educational guidelines
- Engage learners using innovative and evidence-based therapy techniques in-person or virtually
