Key Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Missouri SLP or SLPA license.
  • Experience working in school settings is highly valued.
  • Willingness to support students across 1-2 campuses as district needs evolve.
  • Strong flexibility and adaptability in dynamic educational environments.
  • Comfortable managing a caseload with a total of approximately 3,400 service minutes.
  • Familiarity with or interest in supporting students using AAC devices.
  • Completion of required fingerprinting, including submission of TCN number.
  • Ability to sign and return district technology agreement.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language services to elementary students, targeting individualized education plan (IEP) goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student communication outcomes.
  • Monitor, track, and document student progress per district guidelines.
  • Respond to caseload adjustments as required—flexibility is highly valued.
  • Support both verbal and non-verbal students with a variety of evidence-based approaches.
