Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Pennsylvania school clearances (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience providing services in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and evaluations
- Deliver targeted interventions and therapy to elementary students
- Participate in IEP development and meetings as a collaborative team member
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Engage proactively with teachers, staff, and student families to support student progress
- Address a broad range of mild to moderate disabilities across the caseload
