Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Missouri SLP or SLPA license required
- Experience with AAC devices and supporting non-verbal students preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing district needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Must complete required district fingerprinting and technology forms prior to start
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload accounting for approximately 3,400 service minutes
- Work primarily at Lemasters Elementary, with possible support at an additional campus as needs arise
- Create individualized and group therapy sessions, targeting communication goals set by student IEPs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement best practices for language development
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
