Qualifications:
- Active WA SLP license with ESA certification (or eligibility)
- Recent fingerprints completed through OSPI (within 2 years)
- Open to SLPs holding their CCC or those pursuing CFY
- School-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
- Passion for collaborating with diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of communication, speech, and language difficulties
- Document findings and communicate the educational impact of speech/language disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services
- Maintain detailed progress reports and collaborate with school staff and families
