Essential Qualifications:
- ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) is required

- Valid state licensure in Washington (or eligibility for licensure)
- Comfort working exclusively on-site with students and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for early childhood students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address a range of communication disorders
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and partner with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Monitor student progress, adapting interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to support student success
