Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Washington state SLP license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct formal and informal evaluations to determine eligibility and develop IEP goals
- Consult regularly with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation of services and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development opportunities
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
