- Current and active SLP license (or eligibility) in Arkansas
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is a plus
- Solid communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach and ability to work well with students, families, and school staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with school and district policies
- Deliver direct therapy services individually or in small groups
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Provide education and training to staff and families as needed
