Speech Language Pathologist in Falls Church, VA

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- State licensure (or eligibility) for SLP in Virginia
- Experience with school-based caseloads and IEP development
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, tools, and best practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to establish rapport and work collaboratively with students, teachers, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for students, both on-site and remotely
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain timely records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Provide consultation and resources for teachers and caregivers
