Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license and SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Competence providing both in-person and teletherapy services
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver direct therapy for students with speech and language needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Consult with teachers and families to support student development and success
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet each student’s unique needs, both virtually and onsite
