School Speech Language Pathologist - Alexandria, Virginia

Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Virginia
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in a school-based setting, working with diverse student populations
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to onsite service—remote or virtual options are not available at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services aligned with students’ needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and inclusive school community
