Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as an SLP and active CCC from ASHA
- Experience delivering assessments and therapy to school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with teachers, families, and educational teams
- Ability to develop individualized education program (IEP) goals and track student progress
- Excellent organizational skills and a flexible, solution-oriented mindset
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Design and implement targeted therapy sessions in group or individual settings
- Prepare, maintain, and update intervention documentation and progress reports
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations
- Support students with a range of communication challenges, from articulation and language delays to social pragmatics
- Serve as a collaborative resource for teachers and staff to promote communication-rich environments
