Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP state licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will also be considered
- Previous experience in school settings or early intervention is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Dedication to empowering children through individualized and evidence-based interventions
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for school-aged students and/or early intervention clients
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster progress and integrate strategies into daily routines
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to support a diverse student population across settings
