Position Highlights:
- Full-time travel contract serving local elementary students (K-4) at a single school site
- Manage a focused caseload of 33 students with support from school teams
- Preference for candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish to best support diverse learners
- Culturally responsive role delivering both in-person and (potentially) hybrid services—ideal for adaptable therapists eager to shape their own schedules
- Active Colorado CDE license required (interviews possible with a pending credential)
- Caseload does not include SLPA supervision or support
Key Qualities & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Valid SLP-CCC or strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcomed
- Experience with pediatric/elementary caseloads; previous school-based or teletherapy experience is valuable
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills ideal
- Collaborative, flexible, and solution-oriented approach
