Compensation for this contract position ranges from $42–$54 per hour, reflecting your expertise and dedication to the field.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license (Colorado) or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Experience in school settings or interest in school-based practice
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive services

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students’ speech, language, and social communication skills
  • Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and data collection in compliance with school and state standards
  • Consult regularly with teachers, families, and allied professionals to ensure holistic student support
  • Facilitate both onsite and virtual therapy sessions, utilizing engaging and creative approaches
  • Stay current on best practices through professional development opportunities
