Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license (Colorado) or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Demonstrated proficiency in pediatric speech and language disorders
- Experience in school settings or interest in school-based practice
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and culturally responsive services
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members
- Deliver targeted interventions to support students’ speech, language, and social communication skills
- Maintain thorough records, progress notes, and data collection in compliance with school and state standards
- Consult regularly with teachers, families, and allied professionals to ensure holistic student support
- Facilitate both onsite and virtual therapy sessions, utilizing engaging and creative approaches
