Desired Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Active State of Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or ability to interview with a pending application
- Experience in school-based settings, pediatric populations, or teletherapy
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, to better serve students and families
- Proficient with assessment, individualized education plans, and therapy documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills
- Only SLPs will be considered—SLPA applicants will not be reviewed
Your Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students (K-4)
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
- Work collaboratively with school staff and families to support student progress
- Keep accurate records, progress notes, and IEP documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
- Provide services on-site, with consideration for a hybrid model for outstanding candidates able to coordinate a flexible schedule
As you guide children on their communication journey, you'll be an integral part of a caring school community. This is a full-time position offering the stability of one site and caseload, with the unique opportunity to shape both individualized learning and broader school initiatives.
