Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based SLP settings
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students with a range of communication challenges
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Partner with teachers, families, and support personnel to maximize student success
- Stay current with advances in speech-language pathology and best practices for school-based therapy
