What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Solid background in pediatric speech assessment and intervention
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and diagnoses of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district guidelines
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students individually or in groups
- Monitor and document student progress, updating plans as needed
- Consult with educators and families to facilitate carry-over of skills into classrooms and home settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, faculty discussions, and professional development activities
