Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Aurora, Colorado

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based practice
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and interdisciplinary team collaborations
- Deliver therapy and evaluations on-site, ensuring best practices for pediatric SLP service delivery
