What You’ll Bring:
- Recent experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school staff
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individually and in groups, with hands-on, engaging interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in compliance with school and state requirements
- Engage in ongoing professional development and remain current with best practices
