Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status required
- Background in pediatric speech-language services, with experience in school settings highly valued
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
What You'll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a school-aged population
- Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborating closely with educators, parents, and other allied professionals
- Document progress and maintain accurate, timely reports to support students’ educational outcomes
- Provide direct therapy in both individual and group settings, adapting strategies for diverse learning needs
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
