As a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) within this district of 16 sites and roughly 7,000 students, you’ll collaborate with welcoming teams who truly value both seasoned professionals and those new to the field.
Your caseload will focus on providing care for 40-50 students with mild to moderate needs, allowing for meaningful and targeted interventions. The district offers a positive, collegial environment and is highly supportive, prioritizing open communication and a strong sense of community for staff and students alike.
What you’ll bring:
- Active CCC-SLP certification required
- Eligible for, or in process of obtaining, Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credentials
- Experience in school settings preferred; new graduates considered and supported
- Passion for working with K-8 students in a mild-moderate classroom setting
- Willingness to be onsite (remote/VOCO/hybrid positions are not available)
- Clear communication skills and collaborative approach
Your role:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-8 students
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
- Communicate regularly with caregivers, teachers, and support staff
- Foster a nurturing learning environment for students’ growth
