School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Aurora, Colorado

As an SLP, you’ll play a critical role in providing direct and consultative services to students with mild to moderate needs—empowering them to reach their full academic and social potential. You will enjoy a manageable caseload of 40-50 students and join a supportive team committed to individualized care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or in-progress Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid (or in-process) Colorado Department of Education SLP credential
- Previous experience in schools is highly valued, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Enthusiasm for collaborative, student-centered work
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services in a school-based, mild/moderate setting
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation to support student goals and compliance standards
- Engage in school-wide initiatives as needed
You will complete a two-step interview process, beginning with a virtual screening with the director of integrated services, followed by a panel interview (in person preferred, but remote available as needed). Flexibility is extended to travel candidates—if relocating, simply share your timeline and status.
