Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Colorado Springs, CO

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure (Colorado or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services primarily to elementary students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students with varying communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement interventions in the school setting
- Engage families in their child’s progress and provide resources as needed
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities
- Adapt services for students across grade levels, with openings in other age groups available
