Speech Language Pathologist in Emeryville, CA

This opportunity runs from now through June 16, 2027, with a consistent weekly schedule of 32.5 hours, ensuring you’ll have the structure and stability to make a real impact over multiple school years.
Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a school setting (candidates without this cannot be considered)
- Demonstrated expertise supporting students with complex communication needs, particularly AAC
- Experience with elementary age groups and large caseloads strongly preferred
- Excellent collaboration, documentation, and organizational skills
- Onsite availability only—virtual or remote arrangements are not offered for this role
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, direct speech-language therapy to students in self-contained and general education settings
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings
- Lead and support the implementation of AAC strategies and devices
- Collaborate with teachers, classroom staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
