Speech Language Pathologist in Oakland, CA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC-SLP credentials
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a school-based SLP
- Expertise working with AAC devices and technology in school settings
- Strong clinical skills working with elementary-aged children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both colleagues and families
- Commitment to providing onsite services throughout the duration of the contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals and student needs
- Evaluate, develop, and document individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
- Implement and troubleshoot AAC devices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a resource for teachers and families regarding speech and AAC strategies
- Maintain comprehensive records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting
