Qualifications/Experience:
- Active Maryland SLP license (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship candidates with school experience accepted)
- Prior experience in school-based SLP settings
- AAC device proficiency preferred, especially for Waverly Elementary position
- Ability to work full schedule: 37.5 hours per week, ONSITE only
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Deliver speech and language services to students in Gen Ed, Early Childhood, and regional programs as assigned
- Manage caseloads that may include AAC, K–5, or split assignments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Complete documentation and progress reports as required by state and school guidelines
- Adjust service delivery style to meet the needs of varied student populations
