Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- California state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of two years of school-based SLP experience preferred for top compensation
- Previous experience with SEIS documentation preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- No need for SLPA supervision; SLPs only
- No teletherapy responsibilities; in-person only
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to middle school students
- Collaborate with faculty, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain documentation
- Utilize SEIS for efficient case management (preferred)
- Participate in school activities to foster a positive learning environment
