This opportunity is for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services in a contract role. With a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, you’ll focus on delivering high-quality speech and language support to middle school students, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
Applicants with more than two years of experience will enjoy a highly competitive pay rate of $125 per hour.
What you’ll bring:
- Current SLP-CCC credential
- Hands-on experience in a school setting—middle school experience is especially valued
- A minimum of two years of recent clinical speech-language experience
- Ability to work 100% onsite (no teletherapy)
- Strong familiarity with SEIS or a willingness to quickly learn
- Confidence working independently with middle school caseloads
- Positive, collaborative communication style with staff, students, and families
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to students
- Working closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student achievement
- Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed documentation in SEIS
- Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere
