Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Nipomo, CA

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Minimum two years of experience as a school-based SLP is required
- Experience working with middle school-aged students is highly valued
- Familiarity with SEIS documentation is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working onsite; no virtual or SLPA supervision duties required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to students with communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and timely records of student progress using SEIS (preferred)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other specialists to support student growth
- Deliver interventions in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
