Qualifications:
- Valid Maryland SLP License
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Prior experience in school-based settings is a plus
- AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) experience preferred for some roles
- Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and school environments
- Availability to work onsite 37.5 hours/week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students (ranging from early childhood to K–5)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer direct therapy, consultation, and support in both general education and specialized settings
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Navigate assignments at one or more schools as needed
