In this part-time role (24 hours, 5 days per week), you’ll support the communication needs of students, working with both general and special education populations. You’ll enjoy the structure and camaraderie of a school-based team balanced with the flexibility you need for a positive work-life blend.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active WI Speech Language Pathologist license
- WI Teaching Certification
- SLP-CCC credentials are required
- Pediatric and school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' communication needs and deliver targeted therapy services
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
- Maintain detailed records, documentation, and progress reports
- Develop and adapt therapy approaches suited to each student’s unique needs
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families
