Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Elk River, Minnesota

Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota SLP License required
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
- Experience with pediatrics and/or high school students is a plus
- Skilled at conducting speech and language evaluations
- Able to deliver targeted individual and small group services
- Proficient in participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop customized IEP goals and participate actively in IEP meetings
- Provide evidence-based therapy to high school students, both in small group and individual formats
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families for holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation as required by school protocols
