Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Big Lake, MN

This full-time, contract opportunity spans 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at a single high school site—allowing you to build strong relationships with students and staff alike.
Preferred candidates will possess:
- Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology License (SLP)
- ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or interest in pediatric populations, especially high school students
- Background in school-based speech services, including working as part of an IEP team
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive student evaluations with a focus on speech and language development
- Leading and participating in IEP meetings as a valued team contributor
- Developing tailored treatment plans and progress reports
- Providing both individual and small-group therapy to support student success
- Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to address each student’s needs
This position offers the opportunity to work regular school hours (8:00 am – 4:00 pm) with a consistent weekly schedule, giving you the stability to plan and grow professionally.
