Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Cambridge, Minnesota
Step into a rewarding Speech-Language Pathology role working full time with high school students in a dynamic educational setting close to Cambridge, MN. Your expertise will help identify, assess, and address students' speech and language needs, whether you are experienced (CCC) or completing your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Enjoy a consistent schedule with 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, allowing you to put your passion for pediatrics to work in a single school setting.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for CFY
- Experience with high school age groups preferred; open to clinicians with pediatric school backgrounds
- Familiarity with evaluation procedures, IEP development, and individualized service delivery
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for high school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Lead IEP meetings and consult with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in school-based meetings as needed
