What We’re Looking For:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong CFs are welcome
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, K-12 settings ideal
- Ability to tailor intervention strategies to individual student needs
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups across K-12 grade levels
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
- Develop, implement, and track progress on Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation as required by local and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
