Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC required
- Proven school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Familiarity with a range of communication disorders
- Competence in performing evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling needs
- SLPAs will not be considered for this assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy to students ages K-22 within a therapeutic day school environment
- Conduct assessments and maintain oversight for student evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educational staff and families
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress
- Participate in team meetings as needed
Job Details:
- Part-time: 21 hours/week, typically Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
- Hours typically fall between 8:00 am – 2:30 pm or 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, with some flexibility
- Assignment runs ASAP through May 28th, 2027
- Hours may increase, depending on caseload needs
