Key Dates & Schedule:

- Onsite position with hours from 7:45 AM to 12:15 PM
- Workdays are Monday through Thursday, offering long weekends throughout the assignment
Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience working in school-based settings or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP goals, implementation, and documentation processes
- Ability to independently manage caseloads and adapt to student needs within a self-contained environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services to ESY students, ensuring all IEP minutes are met
- Develop personalized schedules and plan all sessions to address specific student needs
- Maintain accurate, thorough records of progress and document in compliance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with educational teams to provide holistic support and maximize student learning
- Adjust strategies and materials as necessary to optimize student engagement and outcomes
