Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Illinois state license and an active Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Pediatric and preschool experience is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide direct speech-language therapy to preschool-aged students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by school policies and state guidelines
- Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings and support student goals
