Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience, especially with middle school students, is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to students in grades 6-8
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support student communication goals
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and services provided
- Participate in meetings as needed, contributing insights and recommendations for student success
