Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure required for California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience providing speech and language services to pediatric or school-aged populations
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student success in educational settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Adapt therapy techniques and interventions to meet the diverse needs of students
- Provide direct and consultative services, both one-on-one and in small groups
