Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a school setting and familiarity with IEP processes are advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Your Role:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in alignment with student IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation for progress tracking, compliance, and reporting
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, adapting techniques and materials for diverse learning styles
