Pediatric School Speech Pathology | Edison, New Jersey

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- School-based SLP experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
- Appropriate credentials and state certification (prints required)
- Open to SLP-CFY applicants with strong clinical background
- Previous experience with communication impairments preferred; no AAC experience necessary
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct seven individual or group-based sessions daily (no group combinations)
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with communication impairments
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of students’ progress and therapy activities
- Adapt therapy plans to accommodate various disabilities, focusing primarily on communication needs
Work Schedule and Environment:
- Convenient part-time format: 1 day per week
- Schedule: 8:40am–2:10pm with a dedicated 30-minute lunch break
