In this full-time position, you’ll support PreK-12th grade students in an engaging and collaborative environment near Minneapolis, MN. Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in Minnesota
  • Experience or strong interest in school settings and pediatric populations
  • Ability to deliver effective services both onsite and through teletherapy platforms
  • Openness to working across different grade levels, from PreK through 12th grade
  • New graduates working toward CFY are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students across all grade levels
  • Provide direct therapeutic interventions in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere that supports each child’s unique developmental pathway
