Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Eden Prairie, MN

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or progressing towards Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or training in pediatric and/or school-based services
- Ability to deliver services both onsite and through teletherapy platforms
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere for students from PreK-12th grade
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in PreK-12th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in-person and/or via telepractice
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and healthcare guidelines
