Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Minimum two years of prior school-based SLP/SLPA experience (teletherapy proficiency highly valued)
- Comfortable delivering teletherapy services, with working knowledge of webcam, computer, and common technology tools
- Ability to pass technical screenings, including an internet speed test
- Liability insurance coverage of $500,000/$500,000 annually
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and diagnoses for speech and language disorders within a school-based virtual environment
- Design and implement individualized education plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress toward communication goals
- Document sessions and maintain clear, timely records
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with teachers, administrators, parents, and other virtual advisors
- Participate in remote team meetings and IEP development sessions
