Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
  • Minimum of two years of recent school-based experience
  • Knowledgeable in teletherapy technology, with computer and webcam proficiency
  • Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
  • Professional liability insurance meeting 500K/500K requirements annually
  • Experience supporting pediatric populations in both individual and group settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy sessions virtually, adapting to student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting for all services delivered
