Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- Minimum of two years of recent school-based experience
- Knowledgeable in teletherapy technology, with computer and webcam proficiency
- Ability to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
- Professional liability insurance meeting 500K/500K requirements annually
- Experience supporting pediatric populations in both individual and group settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy sessions virtually, adapting to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely reporting for all services delivered
