Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Burnsville, MN
Soliant is looking for skilled Speech Language Pathologists to provide teletherapy services to school-aged students across Minnesota for the 2024-2025 academic year. This remote, contract opportunity is perfect for dedicated professionals who are passionate about fostering students’ communication skills from PreK through 12th grade. You’ll play an essential role in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of speech and language disorders while supporting school teams and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Active (or pending) Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)
- A minimum of 2 years of prior school-based experience
- Experience in pediatrics, school, and/or healthcare settings (SLP or SLPA)
- Proficient with computers, teletherapy platforms, and basic technology
- Ability to successfully complete a technical screening and internet speed test
- Annual liability insurance coverage of 500K/500K
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges
- Deliver direct teletherapy services and provide consultation support to teachers and parents
- Maintain consistent communication and progress monitoring for assigned caseload (PreK-12th grade)
- Document sessions and student progress in accordance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Schedule & Structure:
- Flexible contract: full-time and part-time options are available
- Remote/virtual work, serving students in Minnesota schools
