Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP-CCC credential preferred (CFY candidates will also be considered)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Strong understanding of evals/re-evals, IEP development, and student progress tracking
- Experience or familiarity with assistive and augmentative communication (AAC) devices
- Dedication to serving children aged 6 months to 8 years in an educational setting
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement IEPs for assigned students
- Provide therapy to help students achieve their communication benchmarks
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student growth
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school and district guidelines
- Utilize AAC devices and strategies to maximize student access to communication
This full-time position covers 205 paid days per year, supporting a consistent work schedule that allows you to build meaningful connections with your students throughout the academic year.
