Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
Provide evidence-based speech therapy services individually or in small groups.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Licensure: Active South Carolina State SLP License (or eligibility to obtain).
Certification: South Carolina teaching certification (or eligibility to obtain if required by the district).
