Qualifications & Licensure:
- Active Alaska SLP certification and state licensure required
- CCC-SLP credential (for SLPs)
- Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Familiarity with elementary student populations
- Commitment to onsite service delivery (remote/virtual work not available)
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct therapy services in alignment with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain timely documentation and compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing team collaboration across two school locations
